Founded by Samena Brinkman-Lyon on November 17, 2021, SBL Solutions Canada is a Sole Proprietorship that originated after her post-graduation HR position. While serving as a temporary Grievance Management Consultant at Bell Technical Solutions, she effectively utilized her Telecom and Union background but faced values-related hurdles within the department. This experience ignited her passion and fervent exploration of People First Cultures, Engagement, and the Employee Experience.
